Right of Withdrawal & Returns

At Casis, we fully respect the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and the Consumer Purchases Act.
If you’ve received a product you no longer wish to keep, or if there’s been an error with your order, you have the right to return it.

Please contact us at hello@casis.shop before sending your item back, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

You may return an item if:

• The product was damaged upon arrival.

• You received the wrong product.

• The product does not match your order.

• You wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the order.

When using your right of withdrawal:

You are entitled to open the packaging and examine the item to determine its nature, characteristics, and function.
To receive a full refund, the product must be returned in essentially original condition.

If the item has been handled more than necessary to determine its properties and function, a deduction may be made from the refund amount.

Returns & Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued for the purchase amount.
You may return the item by post or deliver it in person by appointment.
